These days, I read in an American magazine that said “Difficult subjects, train the mind. Difficult times, train the spirit”. We know that we are living atypical days, however we cannot fail to prioritize our prayer and devotional time.
Creating the daily habit of reading the Word of God and meditating on it is the way to communion and an intimate and deep relationship with our God. There are ways to organize this period, in this post are some tips.
#1 Start a new Bible reading plan
In the Plans section of the app, reading options are available, such as “New Testament in 3 months”, “Reading the Gospel of Matthew in 28 days”, “Knowing Jesus through the Word” and many others.
Following daily reading, you make it a habit to have a separate time to learn more from the Holy Scriptures and learn more about our God every day.
#2 Choose a theme and go deeper
Another golden tip that is worthwhile is to choose biblical themes and dedicate yourself and deepen in this subject.
In the Biblical Themes part, there is a list of specific themes and which verses are related to that content. It is a great way to study verses and bring to memory what brings hope to us.
Conclusion
It is through devotional periods that we have the opportunity to know God’s will for our lives. The bible is very rich in teachings that guide our lives to do His will.
Am always greatful , because am always blessed reading your articles thanks so much and keep the light shining brighter onto the perfect day Jesus is Lord 🙏
I find this app very help it has changed my life keep on sending reading verses everyday pls may god bless you all
Thank you for sharing now i will take time in reading the word of God and take deep thought about the good news that are helpful to nourish my spiritual need ..
In the scripture, Christ prayed for us, “we are in the world, but we are not of this world”. Jesus also prayed, the Father and Him are one, just as we and the Father are one.
Be a student of the Word. God said for His disciples to hear JESUS. He rebuked Peter, James and John for listening to other teachers than His Son. That includes Paul ..Jesus said to Peter in Matthew 16, ” Get behind me Satan. Your not mindful of the things of God but the things of men.”
I’m finding another app to study by because Jesus said ” you know them by their fruit” clearly these teachings are from men, not God.
I really liked it too but I love God more. Adios.
Who is the WORD?
Jesus.
Cheers
Amen to this 🙏 thanks 😊
Thank you.
