Prayer: Planting time

In recent texts, I brought some reflections about sowing and burying some dreams, projects and ideals. Leaving space for the act of God and the fulfillment of His promises.

Today I want to invite you to pray with about this matter. Ask the Lord to take care of each stage of planting and each season, taking care of your heart in every process.

Remembering that you don’t need to pray exactly as I’m going to write here, because I know that everyone has their own way of talking to the Father and I want you to feel comfortable talking to Him in your way. But if you want, I’ll be happy to accompany you in this prayer.

Prayer

“Lord, at this moment I want to thank you for everything you have done in me like a soil. I also thank you for the seeds that You has prepared and helped me to cultivate.

I ask that you, Lord, watch over my heart during the time of waiting, as You prepare me to receive the best of Your blessings. I want to ask you for moments when the seed is in silence and darkness, when the root is growing. Don’t let me forget that You are taking care of everything at all times and in every detail. Sometimes I feel like You are silent, maybe forgotten about me. But in the hours when my mind thinks this, make my heart sensitive to listen to Your heart, to understand that I don’t need to know all the details of Your purpose for me. I just need to walk towards You and that way everything will be fine.

God, I know that all I need is You. Satisfy my spirit with Your presence and Your grace. May Your words be like an order to me and may I obey them above any pain, feeling, emotion or strength that I have or lack.

I do not understand Your ways in most of the steps You call me to take. But I want to give you all the praise and adoration that is within me, rising like sweet song and aroma to Your Holy Spirit. The Lord has always supported me, and I know that this time will be no different. Give me your strength but, in addition, I also ask you for your wisdom and discernment. Guide my steps according to Your will and may I not deviate my feet from what the Lord has for me.

Seeing Your face is the only thing I crave and need, makes my soul seek just for that. Take care of each area of my life and take care of how my heart is about each one of them. May the control of my life be completely in Your hands and may this teach me to trust more and more in Your love that makes everything bigger and better than one day I dreamed and asked.

I love you, God. Thank you for all that has been and what is to come.

It is in the name of Jesus that I pray. Amen!”

Today I want to pray with you for strengthening of faith and spirituality. Worship the Perfect Love

Gratitude is also a type of worship. Being grateful and worshiping the Lord are natural responses of a heart that lives in His love. They are common actions of someone who loves the Father and His Kingdom.
