…Jesus is today!

We, as humans, are constantly changing. Our desires, dreams, ideas, projects, and feelings evolve day by day. This transformation is beneficial, driving us to grow and progress when approached with wisdom.

But we often forget that God does not change like we do. He and His Word endure forever!

Unchanging Love

“Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”

Lamentations 3:21-23

The God of today is the same God from the Bible, who cared for and guided His people. He sent His Son out of love to die for us.

God’s love is a constant amidst our changes. While our emotions fluctuate, His faithfulness remains steadfast. He loved us in the past, loves us now, and will continue to love us in the future. This truth provides security, even when we face uncertainties.

The sacrifice of Jesus is proof of God’s unchanging love. Even when we fail, His love endures. This encourages us to find strength and redemption in Him, knowing that His grace is not based on our actions but on His very nature.

Reaching Goals

“God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”

Numbers 23:19

God is not influenced by time or circumstances; His promises are eternal. What He declared throughout biblical history remains true today. We can trust His Word because He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

If God is unchanging, our response should be trust and surrender. He invites us to rely on Him, no matter the circumstances or changes we face. This surrender leads us to experience peace and achieve purpose, knowing we are in trustworthy hands.

Perfect Plans

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.”

Hebrews 10:23

When we face challenges, we can cling to God’s promises, knowing they never change. He is faithful to fulfill what He has spoken, even when our lives are in flux. His unchangeability is a firm foundation for our faith.

Recognizing that God does not change inspires us to live with gratitude and obedience. We can walk confidently, knowing that the same God who acted in the past is with us today, leading us toward His perfect plan.

Jesus wasn’t just someone of the past—Jesus is here today and will continue to be with us tomorrow!
