Prayer: Bringing peace to the afflicted heart!

Prayer: Bringing peace to the afflicted heart!

How is your heart? There are some days when all we think about are problems and worries about the future. Consequently we feel a bad feeling in our hearts, a weight, a restlessness that we don’t even know how to solve.

Fortunately we serve a living God who loves us and who his word tells us to cast our anxiety on him, because he cares for us, and thinking about it, today I want to pray that our Father will bring peace to our hearts.

I leave here a passage especially for you today:

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

1 Peter 5:7

Remembering that you don’t have to repeat the prayer exactly as I will leave it here, because each of us has a specific way to communicate with the Lord. But if you want to accompany me, it will be a pleasure, feel free to speak your way.

Prayer

Dear God, thank you for your care, for taking care of every detail and being so present in my life. I am grateful for your love and, because I know that even before I worry about something, the Lord in His infinite goodness is already working on each of my needs.

My heart is afflicted Lord, I have been restless about things I don’t even know how to solve, I confess to You, being anxious and very worried. I haven’t had easy days, but I know you’re taking care of every detail, I don’t want to feel like this, I want to have peace and trust that you’re doing the best, beyond what I can imagine.

Father, I ask for your mercy on each of the situations that shake me so much, whether financial or family. Come with your hands on my life and fulfill your will, free me from all anguish and work on my causes in my favor. I repect every evil done or desired to me and those I love so much. I also pray that the next days will be days of divine provision.

I love you very much, my Father. Forgive me for the times when I was ungrateful or doubted what the Lord was doing. My God, Yours is the power, the glory and the honor forever. It is in Jesus’ name that I pray, give thanks, and ask that my words come like a sweet perfume to the Lord!

Prayer of a mere servant of God

God bless you!
