This conviction has driven us since the very first day of the JFA Bible, and over the past few months it has led us to experience one of the most remarkable chapters in our history: we graduated with our new Bible AI app as part of the first global cohort of the Google Play Apps Accelerator 2026. We want to share with you not only the outcome, but also the behind-the-scenes journey of everything that happened. Prayer: Running from religious fear

In the previous text, we talked a little about religious OCD and how it takes our focus away from what Christ truly expects from us. Today, I want to invite you to pray with me about this subject, so that we may feel free in the Father’s presence, seeking Him with love, gratitude, and true peace. New year… the whole bible!

The Word is a Source of Life and Wisdom. Reading the Bible daily is essential for maintaining a healthy spiritual life. Jesus declared: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4). Just as we need physical food for the body, the Word of God is the spiritual nourishment that sustains the soul, offering guidance, comfort, and renewal. Spiritual Growth “Your commands are always with me and make me wiser than my enemies. I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statutes.” Psalm 119:98-99 The Word provides wisdom to face daily challenges. By meditating on the Scriptures, we gain discernment and understanding to make decisions aligned with God’s will. Daily Bible reading also helps us grow spiritually. As the apostle Paul wrote: “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16). Since I can remember, most people talk about the return of Christ in a frightening way, filled with fear. I have reverence for that day, but the fear has ceased to be a part of my heart when I truly understood that it’s just anticipation for His return. I long at every moment for the time when He will come, so I can meet Him and know Him face to face. The only thing that scares me about this is my lack of action on the matter. I’m afraid that my lack of attention will increase and I will become distracted, forgetting Jesus’ return. Now that can fill my head with thoughts I’m afraid of. Today is the national family day here in Brazil and thinking about that today we will pray for our homes, for our families. As I wrote in the last text, family is a precious gift given by God to us and the greatest gift that we can give to our family is our time. We are in a time of festivities where many worries about giving expensive gifts, but think: our savior, Jesus, was the one who gave the most gifts and do you know what? He didn’t give gold or silver, but he served, giving all the attention to those who crossed his path and even giving His life for us. Prayer: Prepare for battle!

In the last text I wrote about the importance of putting on the armor of God to prepare us for battle, whether it occurs within ourselves, when it is against our flesh, or when the enemy uses someone to get at us. We pray asking and giving thanks for so many things and sometimes we forget to put on the only armor that not only protects our physical, but also our mind and heart. These days I was watching the movie “Cheaper by the Dozen”, a very famous movie that many of you may have seen more than once, about a family that has 12 children. In the movie the family deals with the challenges of everyday life, but with the message of always being united and helping each other. Let’s admit that we are not always excited, sometimes we feel tired and sad.
