“May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance.”
2 Thessalonians 3: 5
Being constant in an increasingly hectic world is really challenging. Living college, work, appointments, running and daily chores, we often end up giving more priority to the material world than to our relationship with God.
Prioritize what really matters
The daily rush ends up becoming one of the biggest excuses for not focusing on Jesus, we end up being carried away by the rush of the day and day and we often let ourselves be carried away by it. We leave for later what should be a priority.
Jesus is the greatest example of constancy. He faced trials and suffering without deviating from his purpose. We must follow in Christ’s footsteps, even when we face temptations and difficulties. We have to learn more every day that being constant is a decision. Resignation, sacrifice and mainly priorities.
To be steadfast, we need to step out of our comfort zone and act with determination in service and intimacy with God and not do this only occasionally or only when we feel excited. We need to be constant on good and bad days. And above all, we need constancy in fear of God, so that we will be blessed.
When we are constant, we are blessed
Blessed is the one who always trembles before God, but whoever hardens their heart falls into trouble.
Proverbs 28:14
Martin Luther once said that the more commitments he had in his day, the more time he spent with God, as he knew that many things would be resolved while he prayed. So just as the Word of God says, when we seek first the Kingdom of God, other things will be added to us.
So, I want to encourage you to start a new time on your walk with Jesus. It is time to put Him as a top priority and spend time in the presence of God, generating intimacy.
God bless!
Amen.we should live life full of constant seeking of God but we have kept ourselves busy on phones may God help us.I have a question considering the topic; what if you read bible and you don’t understand it?Secondly is it a must for someone to be filled with oHoly spirit to enter the kingdom of God? Seeking✡ Hm 1st daily in ALL situations is the key; good, bad happy & /or sad… He is our purpose of being, and His breath enables us as well as created us… Remember to give thanks in all things for Glory is His & reward is ours for battles already won🕆💓This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice & be glad in it👀🤗

I always speak too a man that visit his brother in the building in which I live. He always says he’s blessed. One day, he, the brother and his girlfriend were enjoying a nice sunny day. The brother, who is a in wheelchair, I said too him that I had been thinking of him. Mr. Bless says too me that I should not only think of a person, that should go and see if the person is alright. I couldn’t get a word in when he began too tell me how I should go too church, I should pray for myself all kind of redderic. I removed myself from that spirit and I prayed about it looked too God for the answer. I heard him say you walked into something that he had stored up for someone else. I know have confirmation from the scripture about the word “I’m blessed”. Thank you Jesus!
Thank you
Amen

Maria – thank you so much for your encouraging word today. Constancy is a daily challenge – are we driven by a “compass or a clock”!? But we have a Heavenly Father who is patient, loving and full of grace towards his children, not wishing any to be lost (2 Peter 3 vs 9). Every blessing.
