Come 2020!

Come 2020!

We are nearing the end of 2019. So you can get ready because that is what they say: new year, new life! And may it be a new life with Christ, especially!

This does not depend on whether you had a year of great intimacy or a year of being a little distant from the Lord. God’s Word tells us that the mercies of the Most High are renewed each morning. There is always a new opportunity to draw near to our Father. He embraces us and accepts us through our decision to live the way He tells us to live. If there is repentance on our part, we can resume the step we were in and re-establish our walk with Jesus.

Acts 3:19 “Therefore repent and turn to God, that He may forgive your sins.”

New routine

I confess that I have always had great difficulty establishing routines in my life. I don’t like to fall into a routine and lose the intentional force of what I’m doing. At the same time I hate not having a routine for certain things that are needed every day.

Reading the Word, praying, fasting, studying, and keeping thought on things above (Col. 3: 2) are indispensable acts in the believer’s life. Therefore, knowing that these things are spiritual foods, should be practiced every day. After all, a body that denies essential food for a day is already hungry. Our spirit is no different.

I have already decided that I will do some things differently next year. No matter how spiritual I may seem to the people around me or you who read what I write here. I know I am one more man who needs daily repentance. I’m just someone who, like every Christian, wants to be closer to Jesus every day.

I will force myself to take daily readings and not go a day without having a moment of reading and prayer. These things will make a total difference in my life with the Lord. I’m sure it will directly impact the ministries I’m involved in as well. Therefore, it will also impact the people who are reached most effectively.

We can help you

The Bible Offline can help you in this new daily eating routine with some plans for you not to spend a day of 2020 without maintaining a connection with our God and Father! Of course, along with reading, Christian piety, daily repentance must be practiced, and it is also of paramount importance to be in communion with the body of Christ!

Read the whole Bible in 1 year!

We have a reading plan inside the app that can help you a lot in this daily routine of reading! Every day, through the Bible Offline you will read the holy scriptures and when you reach the end of 2020 you will know that you have reached the end of 365 days without spending one without having a moment with the Lord!

Surely that can help a lot in how much you know the Lord and your intimacy with Him.

Read the Bible in chronological order

If you have already read the whole Bible and have a little more understanding, we also offer a chronological reading plan within the app.

Contrary to popular belief, the Bible is not organized in the order in which the events took place, but in a logical arrangement that separates books from the law, poetic, historical, and prophetic. If you are interested, you can choose the plan in chronological order to understand the story of God’s Word from beginning to end!
